On the historic day of the Bum new Testament Bible Dedication at Fonfuka-Bum, the word that was once heard in foreign language was finally lifted up in the Bum Language- the language of our mothers. This was not just a book presented, it was the day Bum became a written language, the day our 28 alphabets received its crown, and the light of literacy, faith and digital future entered Bum land.

Dedication of the Bum bible
With hands laid on sealed cartons full of the newly printed Bum New Testament, Pastors, leaders, elders and sons of Bum bow in one accord to dedicate the word of God.
This was the day Bum received the Bible in her own mother tongue. The crowd watches in silence and joy as history is made from oral to written scripture from written to eternal heritage.
